全新的激光转轴对中设备, Fixturlaser EVO, 是一次全面的简化革新。
这是一款毫不花哨的产品,体现了我们的核心价值:简便、界面友好以及技术创新。

Fixturlaser EVO采用5” 紧凑彩色触摸显示屏,超薄而且平衡,用户可以单手持握,空出另一只手用来点击屏幕图标或者盘车测量。

Fixturlaser EVO 激光对中仪的用户界面色彩分类清晰显示,使激光对中测量过程更加专业、直观,没有任何麻烦与压力。

Fixturlaser EVO 配备了用途广泛的转轴对中组件包,包括地脚锁定(基准对换)功能,在螺栓地脚设备现场非常实用。



全数字化的激光对中仪


Fixturlaser率先在同行业中采用全数字化的CCD技术,进而在市场上推出了第一台全数字化的激光对中仪器。

采用30 mm CCD 接收器,拥有无与伦比的精度等级,用户可以在现场获得超高的重复精度,稳定可靠,并且不受测量环境变化及环境杂光影响,相对于老式点激光PSD技术而言,滤波及数据精度方面有了很大提高。

另一优势是探头尺寸更加紧凑,厚度减少至33mm,可以适应最狭小的安装空间。




用户界面

Fixturlaser 研发了动态的用户界面,例如在界面中可以实时告诉用户基于当前的测量结果,每组地脚下一步需要调整的数值及方向。使用 VertiZontal Moves功能,用户就有了转轴对中领域最具创新并且最节省时间的功能。对中调整界面向用户显示设备当前所需的地脚垫片调整量。在对中现场,用户不再需要在水平及垂直方向上反复测量。水平调整界面为用户随时显示当前所需的调整数值及方向。

视角转换功能

安装维修现场经常出现由于操作视角变化引起用户方向判断错误的情况,增加了维修工作量,现在问题解决了——视角转换功能允许用户根据现场实际对仪器显示视角进行设定更改。
